OUR SERVICES

Technical Reviews

ECCP offers in-depth, regulator-aligned technical reviews of environmental deliverables, ensuring that documents meet applicable QA/QC standards, method requirements, and project-specific guidance. We assess completeness, accuracy, and defensibility of, among others, Uniform Federal Policy Quality Assurance Project Plans (UFP-QAPPs), Sampling and Analysis Plans (SAPs), validation reports, Environmental Baseline Surveys, and PFAS-related submittals. Our reviews incorporate relevant portions of DoD QSM v6.0, project QAPPs, and state or federal specifications.

We help clients reduce rework, increase review speed, and improve regulatory outcomes.

Document Preparation

We assist with drafting, editing, and structuring compliance documents to meet federal requirements under RCRA, CERCLA, and DoD programs. This includes building or refining UFP-QAPPs, SAPs, and Data Usability summaries. Our focus is on clarity, regulatory alignment, and reviewer-readiness – ensuring that your documents can stand up to agency-level scrutiny. We also help adapt existing documents for evolving project needs or contract scope.

By working with ECCP, clients receive state- and federal-ready deliverables that are structured, technically sound, and aligned with current regulatory standards.

Defensible Sampling Plans

We help clients develop field sampling strategies that are scientifically sound, logistically feasible, and defensible under review. Whether supporting PFAS investigations, groundwater monitoring, or site characterizations, we translate project DQOs into practical sampling designs in line with UFP-QAPP logic, with attention to replicability, representativeness, and lab compatibility. We also review third-party sampling plans to identify potential gaps before field deployment.

Our goal is to support smarter sampling decisions that withstand state and federal scrutiny.

Why Work With ECCP?

Simple: ECCP brings insider knowledge of how reviewers think, built from our direct experience on federal environmental projects.
We understand how documentation is evaluated at the agency level, what questions regulators ask, where they expect clarity, and how formatting, structure, and content affect the speed and outcome of the review. This perspective lets us support you in preparing documents not just for submission, but also for approval, reducing the risk of costly revision cycles, delays, or rejections. Clients benefit from documents that are not only technically sound but strategically written to anticipate reviewer expectations.
